We offer a variety of Structural Insulated Panel tools.  Through our research, we have found that these tools offer the best balance of speed and accuracy. 

· Router Plate: 

This sets the height of the JOER router bits and provides the flat surface for the router to glide on the panel.

· Router: 

This provides the power to remove the foam with the JOER router bits.

· Hot Wire: 

This is a self contained foam burner.  It is used to remove foam for wire chases, lumber chases, and to cut foam bevels.  It houses 35’ of lead wire, and approximately 80’ of NiChrome wire.  Also included is a spare spool of NiChrome and a spare outboard handle.  All of this comes in a custom wood tool box.

· Premium wire: 

The wire fatigues over time, and requires replenishment.  The premium wire lasts longer between changes.  This is NiChrome and each spool contains 315’ of wire.

Standard wire is steel, ER 70S-6, and will require changing more often.  A 2 pound spool contains approximately 1000’
